Picked up this very adorable book from METEOR when I visited for Fami-Mode 2011 tickets!

Fami-Mode is an 8bit themed music event with famicom tournaments, DJs, and live performances organized by video game culture shop METEOR and hosted at STAR PINE’S CAFE, both located in Kichijo-ji, Tokyo, Japan.

Gran Turismo was always one of my primary reasons to get a Sony Playstation. I’ve enjoyed 1, 2, and 3. It was always about the realism and authenticity of the vehicles that were introduced, and finally after years of development Sony has announce the official release date for Gran Turismo 5. Long awaited new features includes new beautiful cars, and car damage for premium models! This E3 trailer is insane, and remember: none of this is real-photography, just pure 3DCG.

Every piece of graphic design in this collage is amazing! Black & white with a one spot color accent. TV Kills Everything series as posters, mousepads, and shoes, by graphic artist Jared Nickerson.

I don’t even know if I’m allowed to say, “this is only a game,” anymore. Everything about this 2010 E3 Metal Gear Solid Rising debut trailer is just unreal.

What’s been done here seems pretty simple, but strikingly beautiful in its subtlety. Typographic 3DCG posters designed by artist and beatmaker Pixel Junglist.

This is the world’s lightest football shoes. The Adidas F50! The presentation and production video is pretty cool.

Seems like this ball has been causing trouble for some, and has been working an advantage for others. Besides being the world’s most advanced soccer ball, what is a Jabulani anyways?

Triceratops is now with Avex Entertainment. Released in 2008, this is their new style album and now my favorite!

The 3D version was quite good, but I might just recommend the 2D version.
